Dogs should be over 4 months old. The size of the group varies from 3 or 4 to 13, depending on the night. Please bring a people treat to share. Wine, cheese, crackers, cookies, fruit are all welcomed! Friendly, playful pups and dogs are welcome in this playgroup. Humans are welcome to come and socialize, too! The cost is $10.00/night when you prepay for 6. The prepaid nights can be used any time within 12 weeks. Or, you may choose to "pay as you go" at $15.00 per drop in. Paypal only accepts the prepay plan. **Male dogs over 7 months old MUST be neutered. **Owners must watch their dogs and clean up after them, immediately. **Any aggressive dog will be asked to leave **when the limit of dogs has been reached, I will have to turn people away, so please come on time, to ensure you will get in. | Canine Good Citizen 2/21 - $170.00 10am Class Dates: 02/21/2010 02/28/2010 03/07/2010 03/14/2010 03/21/2010 03/28/2010 04/04/2010 This class covers all of the important basic obedience elements, specifically in relation to manners and behavior around people and dogs, while on leash. Sit, Down, Stay, Come, polite greetings without jumping, walking on a slack leash without pulling, meeting another dog and owner while walking, and tolerating you leaving the area, while a friendly stranger holds the leash. The last week of this class, is the AKC Canine Good Citizen test, which covers all of the above. You are encouraged to take the test, as passing it earns you and your dog the Canine Good Citizen award, which is a great thing to have. This class moves pretty fast, includes contests and mimics real-life distractions. Lots of noise and action, keeps everyone on their toes. We will work with how to greet people and dogs while out for walks, in your hoome and in crowds. We will begin offleash obedience and will work on Leave It and long Stays and Heel. | Canine Good Citizen (7 we - $160.00 5:30 Class Dates: 01/11/2010 01/18/2010 01/25/2010 02/01/2010 02/08/2010 02/15/2010 02/22/2010 This class is to prepare for and take (and hopefully pass!) the American Kennel Club's test. The test is 10 items including walking politely on a loose leash, greeting a dog and handler while walking, greeting a stranger, being still while a stranger examines him, Sit, Stay, Come and more.
